Refund & Cancellation Policy

Dreamwright is operated by DRAGON DIGITAL LAB, a company registered in Singapore. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Token Purchases
All token purchases (one-time top-ups) are final and non-refundable. Tokens are delivered instantly upon successful payment and can be used immediately for AI generations.
We encourage you to start with a smaller token package to evaluate our service before making larger purchases.
2. Subscription Plans
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to subscription features and tokens until the end of the paid period
- No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods
Auto-Renewal:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not wish to continue
- Renewal charges are non-refundable
3. Exceptions
We may consider exceptions to this policy only in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error
- Service unavailability: If a significant service outage prevents you from using purchased tokens for an extended period
- Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount
To report any of these issues, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your Dreamwright account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select "Manage Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
