Welcome to Dreamwright, operated by DRAGON DIGITAL LAB, a company registered in Singapore. By accessing or using our visual story creation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Dreamwright, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Dreamwright is an AI-powered visual story creation platform that allows users to create visual narratives. Our services include:

• AI-powered story, image, and video generation
• Creative tools for visual storytelling across multiple media formats
• Token-based generation system
• Optional subscription plans

Our services are available to users worldwide, subject to these Terms and applicable local laws.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Tokens and Payments

Generation Tokens: Our platform uses a token-based system for AI generations. Tokens can be purchased as one-time top-ups or through subscription plans.

• Tokens are non-transferable between accounts
• Token prices are displayed at the time of purchase
• Purchased tokens do not expire unless your account is terminated
• We reserve the right to modify token pricing with notice

Subscriptions: If you choose a subscription plan:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
• Subscription tokens are allocated at the start of each billing period
• Unused subscription tokens may expire at the end of each billing period (as specified in your plan)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dreamwright to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Generate content depicting real individuals without consent
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute generated content for commercial purposes without proper licensing

6. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original content you input into Dreamwright (such as text prompts and uploaded images you own).

Generated Content: Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the content generated through your use of Dreamwright. You grant us a license to use generated content for service improvement and promotional purposes.

Restrictions: We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

Dreamwright and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dreamwright and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dreamwright is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated content will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamwright shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service ceases immediately
• Unused tokens may be forfeited (except as required by law)
• We may delete your content after a reasonable period

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If you are accessing our services from outside Singapore, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. We make no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.

13. International Users

Our services are operated from Singapore and are intended for users worldwide. By using our services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in Singapore and other countries where we or our service providers operate. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
